  • Fortnightly action plans to keep you motivated and getting results

  • Review of primary and secondary foods to uncover your current patterns and to make simple and sustainable changes towards optimal gut health, nutrition and your ideal weight

  • Suggestions for "clean food" sources to reduce inflammation and eliminate endocrine disrupting toxins

  • Hormone Health recommendations that can make a big difference

When selecting the program it will look like you are booking one 45 minute session only. You're not!

This is the calendar booking for your first session with me. Once you have paid and we have started I will share the dedicated program calendar with you and you'll be able to book your remaining 5 calls. 

​

The frequency of calls is two per month over 3 months. Calls are 45 minutes in duration. All calls must be completed within 15 weeks.
