Your Hormone Quiz

Meet Lou Carbone, Health and Hormone Coach and Live Well Advocate.

I guide and support overwhelmed and depleted women who feel challenged with their current health situation to understand what's underlying their frustration.

With simple personalised solutions you can live well, have happy hormones and let go of the impacts of stress.

Your Hormones!

What exactly are hormones?

Hormones carry information and instructions from one set of cells to another. Our hormones influence almost every cell, organ, and function in our bodies.  Essentially, if your hormones are out of balance, the messages between our cells can go astray - a little bit like Chinese whispers!

The hormones I refer to in this quiz can affect your:

  • fertility

  • weight

  • skin

  • metabolism

  • bone health

  • emotional health

  • energy levels

  • sleep patterns

  • cardiovascular health and so much more

So I encourage you to dive in and answer all the questions as best you can.

You will notice that some of the questions come up more than once and this is because they are associated with more than one hormone related condition

This quiz will help you to determine whether or not you need to nourish your estrogen, progesterone or testosterone levels; whether or not you are in peri-menopause or if your thyroid could do with a little loving!

If you are no longer cycling and the question refers to menstruation do not refer to back to when you were cycling, answer the question as you are now. (If you are menopausal it is highly likely that quite a number of your responses will be "Never")

This is not intended as medical advice. It is an educational guide based on the symptoms you are currently experiencing.

Please note: the following quiz is best completed on a laptop or desktop computer. Whilst it was created to work on both mobiles and tablets, this is not always successful due to the large diversity in the software, operating systems and types of smart phone.
