  • Review of primary and secondary foods to uncover your current patterns and see where to start making small changes

When selecting the program it will look like you are booking a 45 minute session only. You're not!

This is the calendar booking for your first session with me. Once you have paid and we have started I will share the dedicated program calendar with you and you'll be able to book your remaining 5 calls. 

​

The frequency of calls is one per fortnight over 12 weeks. Calls are 45 minutes in duration. All calls must be completed within 14 weeks, no exceptions.
