2. You will receive an email from i-screen within the next 24 hours requesting payment. (Cost of test $206.10)

3. I-screen will mail the the test to you along with complete instructions

4. Book your follow up appointment with me - allow approximately 10-14 days after you have mailed your specimen for the results to be available (Cost:$139)
