Happy Guts Soup🥣

Happy Guts Soup

Happy Guts Soup is one of our family favourites and sooooo nourishing!

It is also one of the recipes that I share in my Midlife Nourish and Detox coaching program.

Why it's sooooo nourishing for you gut ....

🌿 Turmeric supports gut health by reducing inflammation and promoting a healthy gut lining through its active compound, curcumin.

🌿 Ginger aids digestion and alleviates gastrointestinal discomfort by stimulating digestive enzymes and reducing inflammation in the gut.

🌿 Garlic enhances gut health by balancing gut flora and providing antimicrobial properties that help eliminate harmful bacteria.

🌿 Coconut milk promotes gut health by offering a soothing effect on the digestive system and supplying beneficial medium-chain fatty acids.

2 tablespoons extra-virgin coconut oil

1⁄2 cup chopped onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp. fresh grated ginger
