Ingredients:
1 cup | 230 g cocoa butter
1 cup| 118 g cocao powder1/4 cup | 80g maple syrup
1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
1 cup Buckinis (toasted buckwheat)
1 cup quinoa puffs
1 cup of toasted slithered almonds (or nuts of your choice)
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup shredded coconut
Pinch of salt
Method:
Melt the cocoa butter and then gently stir in the cocao, peanut or almond butter and the maple syrup
Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined
Spread into a slab tin and refrigerate until set
Cut into bite size pieces and store in a glass container in the fridge
