Crunchy Chocolate Bites


  • 1 cup | 230 g cocoa butter

  • 1 cup| 118 g cocao powder1/4 cup | 80g maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter

  • 1 cup Buckinis (toasted buckwheat)

  • 1 cup quinoa puffs

  • 1 cup of toasted slithered almonds (or nuts of your choice)

  • 1 cup raisins

  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

  • Pinch of salt


Melt the cocoa butter and then gently stir in the cocao, peanut or almond butter and the maple syrup

Add the remaining ingredients and mix until well combined

Spread into a slab tin and refrigerate until set

Cut into bite size pieces and store in a glass container in the fridge
