Delicious Seed Crackers!

1.5 cups sunflower seeds

1/2 cup pepitas

1/2 cup linseeds

1/2 cup sesame seeds

4 tablespoons psyllium husks

1 heaped teaspoon good salt

500mls water

Optional, but yum:

1 tspn garlic powder

1 tspn of paprika

Mix dry ingredients together, add 500 ml of water. Stir well and let sit for 15 minutes until mixture thickens

Roll out between 2 sheets of baking paper as thin as you can and place on a baking tray - I use a 27cm x 37cm tray and a 23cm x 32cm tray

Remove top layer of baking paper before baking at 160C

Mine took about 1 hour but just keep checking - will largely depend on the thickness.

Once cooked, allow to cool on the tray.

Break up/slice up and store in an airtight glass container.
