Deliciously satisfying

Never underestimate the power of a smoothie!

Made thoughtfully, it can be a balanced meal in a glass!

There are three options below, choose the one that suits you best

Super simple:

  • One scoop of protein powder

  • One serve of fruit eg 1 small (just ripe) banana or 1/2 cup of berries and

  • Liquid of your choice eg almond or oat milk, coconut water or water

A little bit more nutrition: same as above but add:

  • Greens - A handful of spinach or greens of your choice

  • Healthy fats -A "thumb" of avocado or a tablespoon of coconut cream or hemp seeds

Even more nutrients, you might also like to add:

  • cacao

  • hemp seeds

  • pepitas

  • chia seeds

  • collagen powder

  • sunflower seeds

Blitz and enjoy for breakfast or as an in-between-meal snack
