Purple!

Eat more purple things!

Say what?

If you listened to my IG live April 14th you will have heard Donna’s biggest tips for gut health and one was to eat more purple plants!

Purple plants are high in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties and they offer many, many health benefits including supporting our gut health.

Example of purple foods include:

  • Purple cabbage

  • Beetroot

  • Purple carrots

  • Purple kale

  • Purple sweet potato and

  • Berries!
